Membership Eligibility
We are a friendly group and welcome new members! Men and women who are age 21 years or older may join. While most of our members live in Hunterdon County, residency is not a requirement.
How To Become A Member
COME GROW with us! The Hunterdon Hills Garden Club is looking for some new members. Click here to Contact us. If you're interested in obtaining more information, Fill out the requested information and check the box indicating your desire to become a member. Our membership Chair-person will be in contact with you soon. Or you can also attend any of the monthly meetings at the Hunterdon Hills Garden Club, at the High Bridge Emergency Squad building, in High Bridge. Just ask for the Membership Chair-person and he or she can sign you up on the spot!
Annual Dues
The cost is $35.00 per individual. Associate $45.00, GCNJ Life $150.00 Checks should be made payable to the “Hunterdon Hills Garden Club”, and submitted to the Club Treasurer.
Member Rules & Participation
Attend regular meetings of the Club which are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, excluding July and August.
Active membership is open to anyone with an interest in gardening and in supporting Club objectives. Guest may apply for membership after attending three (3) consecutive meetings, which may include a working meeting such as Garden Therapy.
Active members are expected to attend monthly meetings, be a supporting member of at least two (2) committees, help with the maintenance of the High Bridge Emergency Squad Building gardens, take a turn supplying refreshments, submit a flower arrangement at a regular meeting, pay annual dues and participate in any special meeting or ongoing Garden Club projects.
The host/hostess or flower designer is obligated to secure his /her own substitute should he or she be unable to serve in her designated month, and should inform the hospitality or flower design chair-person that a substation has be made.
